Many things in life may try to define who we are. Even at an early age, we hear questions like what do you want to be when you grow up? Some respond by saying I would like to be a doctor, nurse, or teacher, all of which are great professions and careers. Yet none of them tell us who we are inside, why we are here or what we’re supposed to be doing. God introduced Himself to Moses in Exodus 3:14 when Moses asked who shall I say sent me? God replied by saying, tell them, “I AM THAT I AM” has sent you. Our intimate understanding of I AM gives birth to our identity and develops through our personal, one-on-one relationship with Him.

The more time we spend with God, the more he reveals himself to us.

I AM lives within me.......

My dwelling place also will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people. Ezekiel 37:27
